exactly my 'sarcastic' point...

I have the same problem around my house - little kids running past my house barking at my dogs, which in turn causes my dogs to bark - aggrevating the neighbors... grrrr...

Was helping my friend with a late animal relocation and got home one morning at 4am to find one of these little brats running past my gate rattling it.... what the hell was he doing out at 4am?
