..and for poor people like the family of that maid from Ethihopia or some other victim from some poor countries the victims family will willingly accept the blood money even if it is only a few dollars or a fraction of what is supposed to be paid. .. and to imagine some charity organization might even come up with the blood money for such a serious crime like it happened out here earlier
