i agree with you, villas are totally partitioned without any proper design work, neither kaharmaa approval for electrical load, i have seen bigs villas where 6-7 families are staying, totally messed parking, unhealthy enviorment its getting horrible day by day

2nd big problem is sharing accomodation in flats, 3 bedroom flat, i have seen two to three families are staying overcrowded parking,

i think government should look into this and owners should make sure that only one family is staying in flat/villa and should check regularly or there should be a complain number so such cases should be reported
