yess .... :) a nice post.......reminds my favorite..n the best teachers....those who have inspired me to choose the profession.....with just 5 yrs of exp i am in the first step of the ladder .... looking forward to go up with the sincere blessings of my teachers nd parents.......thank u sirs' for helping me to enjoy those glimpses of happiness and gratitude in the eyes of my students...its real rare experience.......

being a very sensitive profession that influence the young minds, it do need a "professionally skilled " people with inborn attitude. those who cum to this profession "By CHANCE"  are really disatisfied people and they defnitly cant motivate or mentor others.
