This paid parking scheme is really good for the shoppers but not too good for the tenants. I asked one friend sales lady working there, sha said that sales has dropped considerably after the implemetation of paid parking. As a consequence shops may closed or increase their prices. The paid parking scheme is a good idea but they should adjust downwards the parking fee.

There's a lot of malls here in Qatar, maybe people just avoid visiting City Center.
