Simboy - have you tried leaving the Philippines to a ME country with just those docs?

Do you have any idea about the process a Pinoy has to go through to leave the country? Or the taxes that have to be paid?

BTW.... I recently tried to bring one of our Engineer's back on a BV and we had to book a ticket showing his return trip.
