Hi..

Just make  a point to drink atleast 2 litres of water.

 Exercise for atleast 15 minutes which will metabolise the food and water and increase your thirst. Each body has different need of water and it depends on your activities, your life style and your body type. 

Avoid seeded vegetables like tomatoes,brinjal, capsicum / remove the seed and eat..avoid cabbage for few days...

Drink juices because you cannot consume plain water like 4 litre / 6 litre;  coconut water is the best; dont drink aerated drinks...

Start consuming ayurvedic Himalayas tablet "Cystone" - Wonder medicine for renal calculi.. or for any type of calculus..

I suppose you will be having medicine for prevention of further calculus so 2 tabs twice a day for 3 months will suffice...There are lots of other ayurvedic medicine for renal calculi but this is a drug which is available internationally.. (you can get it in Lulu hypermarket medical store ..i am sure bcos I picked one Himalaya drug called Liv 52)

Burning in Urination is a first indication of disorder related to urinary system...So cautious...

Other related aspects for normal functioning of body is clean bowel movements, proper sleep habits, get rid of addictions if any, proper appetite...if all this conditions are met you consider yourself to be healthy...
