Are you sure the prices will not increase? I find that hard to believe. Currently 400QAR for a 4Mb line is considered astronomically high for any part of the modern world.

I've also been told about this Fiber project by Qtel employees for the last two years. I am not holding my breath to see this at my doorstep anytime soon. LOL
