go and look arround, you will find alot of indian engineers working on different posts here in qatar in diffferent companies from small scale to very large scale..

so any company going to india mean, they will try there best to hire maximum staff from india, except top manageral staff, they will use local material, will try to hire machinery from there also, something not present! china is nearby.. local labor. but ya.. in the end India will place a plate that this project was done by International Company.. thats all..
