post the ad in local newspaper also.. btw why bringing qatari company to the country?

engineers in company will be same as of your nationality. material will be used local. price will be little bit high as compare to the local companies. i am sure that there will be some world class companies in india. why don't you go for them rather then hiring a international company?

what is the main benifit of that?
Less cost?
Less duration of project?
Material from abroad?

what exactly?
or you want to say that your local companies are not capable of doing such project?
