They are blaming it on recession, budget cuts, black guys, then all immigrants, then the white guys too and then looters and trouble makers and it goes on.

I was just wondering if it was not the sins of their forefathers  and the looting and destruction of people and  countries in Asia and Africa carried out by them in the name of the Great Empire that is now coming back to haunt them.
