Without putting slightest of effort in exploring available solutions to the problem on hand, this approach (aka cyber begging) is outright disgusting and must be strongly discouraged. Such people are not only falling from their own grace but bringing bad name to their fellow countrymen for no fault of their own.

And yes, people who find this condemnation uncomfortable are likely to belong to this class themselves.
