The movie is more about the inhuman torture and "investigation" tactics by dumb and insensitive Americans law enforcement agents. The "suspects" were mostly not found any militant activities but were found to be "suspects" due to the apparent religious get up and for being found in Afghanistan.
Would love to see, more over QL from your side. ;)
