33 nos. 4/5 bed villas and 28 nos. 3 bed villas....4 beds come with 4 bath and 3 beds with 3 baths....good spacious rooms... big swimming pool with separate jacuzzi pool for kids...quite big clubhouse with the following ammenities....fully equipped gym .. health spa with steam room and sauna with a hydro massage bed and a massage chair....indoor squash court,,,tennis court...billiards room ...WAIT...THE PIECE DE RESISTANCE....A FULLY FUNCTIONAL....18 HOLE MINI GOLF COURSE....YES ...THATS RIGHT......plus a kids play area.......not quite sure about the rents.....keep changing ....need to check with them...plus....right next to the US Embassy......now its your turn to make your choice..or opinion ....just go and have a look....I am sure you will be impressed......like I said before,,,been there ...and the above is MY OPINION......
