for CID clearance you need to have and  do the following:

1.  DFA authenticated NBI clearance

2. then go to the Philippine Embassy to have it authenticated/ attested

3. next go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs along C ring road to have it attested.

5. you need 2 photos, your passport and ID/ visa copy

6. go personally to CID near Abu Nakhla and fill up a form for clearance

7. you will be asked to pay QR10 and come back after a week to get your clearance
