To newcomers disappointment, despite all the said above, bad news, locals DO NOT WANT contact with expats outside school so don't make your child's life miserable, and if 'whites like to stick with whites' -what is utter nonsense since ASD is for example one of the most colourful schools in Doha- so be it!
