I appreciate that, and yes you are right, I never said it wasn't under consideration, what I said was that it isn't deemed important enough - and since you are aware of it - you will also know that there are two Qatari applications too - So we feel we are being stone walled, so that those applications get approved before ours, and ours will not stand a chance.
QAWS is the only rescue faciility with a functioning shelter - don't you think it would be a good idea if TPTB actually just took that as a good thing and helped us along, instead of making things so difficult for us?

We soldier on, because we want Qatar to succeed in the eyes of the world when it comes to animal rights and conditions - its just one of the things us expats do, that quite clearly isn't appreciated.
