Cheer up buddy. Out here in most of the cases the bosses or managers are not in their chairs because of their qualifications, experience or anything to do with the work but in a lot of cases becoz they know how to lick and lick the right and smart way. We too have in a lot of depts. donkeys as bosses and there is nothing much we can do about it as they keep the bigger donkey above them in good spirits and feeding him the exact and sweet things that he wants to hear.
