Looks like the rich guys chasing the poor guys/gals for real and with the ultimate aim of helping themselves. Goes on a lot everywhere. Just suprising that it goes unreported and this big rich guys think they deserve to get their hands on what they want for the charity they think they provide to the less well off countries and people.
