.. and also bear in mind that the guys doing the interviews are not the Masters of it all. Its just that they have been at the jobs for such a long time that they know more about it then the newcomers do but probably once you get in to the company they will be resistant to your new ideas and your new, smart and professional manner of gettings the job done
