as per my knowledge, you have to pass a test to get a certificate from KahraMaa, there are some kinda grades also..
Electrical Contractors need certificate to get the licence from kahramaa, and to take projects from KahraMaa... even you can get good salary packages, when u are licence holder from Kahramaa.
