well, did you went to HR already?there are some filipino guys there that could help you. not really sure if they're accepting local hire nowadays and i think they need 2years minimum from what i heard. they usually ask applicants to apply in universal staffing.i'm sure you'll get in since you're here already.but are you sure you wanted to be locally hired?you'll loose some benefits like the annual leave ticket and accomodation/housing allowance.all you'll get is your basic and transpo allowance, which is in total,just the same as your father's allowance : )i hope you'll not get bitter after some time since you will have the same,or even worse job as the others with less benefits.good luck!
