Yes driving instructor should have a proper training/certificate, The government should also focus on this because whatever inputs by instructor would be the output of the student or the learners.

if the instructor is weak/worsts most probably the product would be extremely weak/worst. they will belong with the one who's making trouble on the road/making some accidents.
