Fox is a business and this what makes people stay tuned through the commercials. Friendly, ordinary Arab families sitting on a couch and discussing the latest football scores or the weather just doesn't sell.

The media has made a fortune from terrorism, uprisings, etc. and so it milks these stories for all they are worth. When they run dry they make them up, or exaggerate.
