Not that I'm being insensitive (or maybe I am right now) but complaining here on QL won't solve your problem with unwanted SMS from Vidafone.

Solve the problem then tell us what happened. Since we're having issues in CUSTOMER SERVICE, generally speaking...its another topic we could all delve on....
