Agree with britexpat, the target audience for this enterprise were never been defined in the planning stage. At night, it is simply a dark place, and outside restaurant patrons have to use their mobile phones to be able to shed some light on the menu to be able to read it. What I was puzzled about, is how the heck they are going to eat whatever they ordered in that darkness. Perhaps this is one way for the chef to avoid complains if he cooked the wrong meal.
