TB, not very long ago there were signs stating "Chinese and dogs not allowed".
It is unfashionable and politically incorrect nowadays to state who or whom is not allowed anymore.
So, to stop a human wave of foreign bachelors, what better way to state it than "Family Only". Succinct & precise.
