techincally its not the same thing. We have not immigrated here, all most people have done is come to Qatar for money (as is always referred too in threads).
99% of Expats will return to their countries or go to other countries to do the same thing as in Qatar.
Immigration is when you no longer wish to return to your own country and apply to be naturalilsed. There is a big difference.
