For airfare it solely depends on your contract u signed upon arrival. if it is airfare with paid leave after two years, and u want to quit after one year all u can get from company is end service benefits for one year that is equvilent to 21 days of ur salary, ur all outstanding salaries, salary against one month paid leave (if u have completed 12 months). u have to buy ur own ticket to go back. If your company insiston not to pay any thing on all of above you can contact human rights commission they will help you out in getting all the benefits u r eligible for...
