Fine but I take great offence to being called small minded. That is extremely insulting. It is not extreme to suggest that surely a "shambles" "badly organised security" etc would suggest a risk to public safety. It is therefore not unreasonable to comment that the lack of disaster must mean that either the organisers are very and repeatedly lucky or that they do actually have some sort of strategic planning to prevent disaster.
Isobel was not ranting, she was simply stating a fact.
Enough now, it is tedious to the extreme to have to defend oneself for joining in this ridiculous conversation in the first place.
