a follow up to my visit, yes it does seem like its always an open training, and its around 11-1. there are seats provided, and you can ask for autographs and pictures while the players are going to and back from training. The location is situated at Changing Room 2 of the football fields, can easily be recognized by the gated pitch. it can be a bit messy at times, as many fans are there and the players are trying to leave, but if you can afford to go multiple times then i am sure you can get pictures and signatures with all of them.
