In my section there are 3 of us. Myself (white female) and two (brown skinned males of a certain nationality - won't define which).
Between us we have 8 pages of work to do - This is how it gets divided:
3pages - Me
2pages - 1 male
1page - 1 male
2 pages - made automatically but my responsibility to keep check on.
Two said males earn between 3000 - 4000 QR each more than I do. That being said. The male with 2 pages, will continually palm his work off onto someone else, so he only has to make one page too....
Now, tell me where is the fairness and the racism, Mr Balut. Complaining to the management who are of the same brown skin as the two gentlmen in my section, doesn't help.... Please don't come and give me that crap line of....
