scared of the ladies they stare at and make rude remarks about. Everyone knows that Qatar has little patience for men accused of harassing women. The fact that they do something so risky by following women and making sexual remarks (which also has happened to my dear wife) indicates that they DO believe that they are safe in treating women in such a manner. That says to me that they assume women are powerless and look at them as lesser beings.

As for your comment about Arab wives, I am not sure what your point is in this context.
