All of these products are also available at Al-Nazih. Is there a certain demographic you are looking to target? Are your services anything special compared to what current salons already offer? Doha is over saturated with beauty salons so if you want one to be successful, you certainly need to find a niche market. You might want to go to the ministry of business and trade and see what information they can give you regarding salons etc. It doesn't make sense bringing in more staff when the beauty school here in Doha has students who I am sure are looking for jobs.
