The only concern I have is the poor quality construction material and furnished items. They do lack quality control. They are building and buy some of the cheapest stuff in the market. On top of that if you want a repair its very unlikely you will get anything fixed.
One of my friend is staying in Ezdan and that is how I know. The bathroom fixtures are also very poor quality. See the mattress and sofa set all are not even close to some thing you say ok.
Shaded parking is also a big problem. For every two residents they have one shaded parking.
Qtel connection is also a big time problem. My friend had to wait for 8 months to get phone connection.
The security earlier was ok but now its not that good. He had lost couple of items infront of his door too. Secondly if you neighbor is a party guy and he plays loud music on weekends at midnight security is not asking him anything. All the people have to get disturbed coz of him till he feels partying. And it goes on some weekends till 02:00 in the morning.
