Trials are and should be done all over the world but the only issue is that:
ONE NEEDS TO TAKE INFORMED WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE PATIENT BEFORE DOING ANY DRUG TRIALS. OTHERWISE, IT IS A CRIME.
