While the government of London is happy to suck up money, regardless of its source (which has been shown with blood diamonds and Colombian drug money), I don't think the average Londoner feels the same way. But tough times lead to swallowing things you can't stomach any other time, including arrogant young men showing off cars with pricetags that could feed a small nation.

Whatever happend to the Ministry of Interior's decision to block Qataris from exporting their luxury vehicles for holidays? Just another unenforced ruling?
