Rest of the Govts. need not be or are not as perfect as US Govt. given that it is the most developed country of the world... a mistake corrected and an apology provided can be accepted anywhere at best with a "Thank You"....to consider it impressive can be from Anglo Indian point of view only, as mentioned by Dot.com, when the reference is US or any western country for that matter.
