I have been lucky then....didn't pay more than Rs. 3000/-for a full time maid so far who comes at 6.30AM and leaves at 8PM with about 2 hrs. rest in the afternoon plus food and some tips in the form of money, clothes etc spread all through the year....:) may be because she doesn't drive a Corolla...:)
