IMO it must be the salary that Qatar (or for that matter any other place) offers which is making you move to this place...and you and many others try to discuss the understanding of that here on an open forum, which all the time surprises me. Shouldn't you discuss and clarify these matters with the concerned contact in the company that is hiring you.
