It’s not a big problem. But it will be an extended procedure. We experienced this for our baby 2-3 weeks back :)
When you submit the docs for birth certificate at Hamad hospital they will give you a receipt (or I can say a piece of paper). Your husband needs to visit to CID (they call it as that) office located in deportation jail (may be you will need to visit a couple of times). Remember to keep copies of all your personal documents (Passport, RP, Marriage certificate, etc) always. Then there is a form to be signed by your husband and he can receive the birth certificate. If there are no mistakes you’re lucky :) Once you have the birth certificate on your hand you can go for the PP and RP for your child. Remember you need to do the RP within one month after receiving the birth certificate. Good luck.
