Mohamedkarim, I think there is no minimal salary requirement to get visit visa for family, Salary certificate is required to be presented to get residence permit only. If I am right, then you can apply for family visit visa for your wife by presenting the properly attested marriage certificate. But still check with authorities or wait for other replies.
