This sounds a bit too gross even for Taliban. Wedding parties have been bombed by the US in the past because of prominent Taliban presence there and killed many women and children along. We still don't know who was getting married and who were present at this wedding. It sure looks targeted as in the past.

And Khandahar is a Taliban stronghold. Food for thought. It sure is easy to pass the blame on to Taliban but more evidence is required.
