So where do Muslims come from and where do they go?? The nations that are majority Muslim population are not necessarily the place to go back because of ethnicity.

Arabia may be the cradle the Islamic teachings but certainly not home to all Muslims. Similarly there are millions of Europeans who are converts. Where do you send them to??
