Im not a doctor but Im aware with this. I Suggest to have him/her to check up more thoroughly, because Nodular are sometimes malignant(cancerous but dont be shock it is a small chance).. so he/she should follow up with your doctor. if cleared then there is a chance of going. But if she/he is going to work here there thats another case.

* Chronic renal failure
* Chronic hepatitis failure
* Congestive heart failure
* Hypertension
* Diabetes mellitus
* Known case of cancer
* Psychiatric disease and neurological disorders
* Physical disabilities, i.e. color blindness, deafness

as you can see known case of cancer. meaning if a person has/have cancer.. she/he cant work in here.. unless with a "affidavit of waiver".
