I was in the UK when this story broke , and I have to say it was never reported as a religious matter more the fact 2 Bad people did Horrible things, and the services put in place to protect them had oppurtunity to act but did not..

..I also disagree the comments that some people do bad things through lack of belief in God. I think Some people are just bad and do bad things. I know plenty of non-god fearing people that are good and leave good lives simply because there values and morals are at a level that supports them in doing this. Nothing to do with religion IMO.
