I have just noticed this thread largely due to the fact that I have an interview for a post at the school quite soon.
I also noticed that when you were all discussing various issues - you were all very excited, and enthusiastic etc etc....
I wonder, now it is a year down the line - how have you all settled?..Still enthusiastic, and excited?....regrets?.....disillusionments?..Or, is everything ............

Would really appreciate any info you guys could give me asasp.....the TES threads are largely quite old, and very discouraging, unfortunately.....so any 'realtime' info would be fantastic....
