I'm sure they must ask during your prenatal visits, too, though I don't know the specifics of it. From what I understand, you'll be sent to your home country (effectively deported, though maybe or maybe not stated that way) if you give birth out of wedlock.
If you go through the entire process at home (conception to birth) then my understanding is that you can come in as a single mum. Go figure.
