Flag as offensive is still not tested being fool proof...as every now and then concern keeps popping up that it may be used wrongly by some to get rid of posts of people whom they dont like or the people themselves... it may be too early to go about negative system.. moreover idea is to have the site cleaned up of any offensiveness, not people by unfair means.
