The reception area is wide open space and inadequately lighted giving it a dull and uninviting aura. That made me take a double step back in thinking if it's worth my time.

The receptionist is a nice lady but she's dressed in casual shirt which is too casual for an office environment.

All the applicants are advised by Ms. Receptionist to drop their resumes/CV at the reception area and those would be forwarded/handed over to the HR. It wouldn't have minded that but all the CVs are just laying there on the top counter in disarray for everyone to come, see and browse over. When I saw one applicant drop his CV, he started picking up some or a few of the CV and seemed to be quick reading each one, AND the receptionist didn't do anything to even stop the guy....hmmmmm :-/
